If, after reading through our guides you still need assistance, you can contact our support team either via email at help@signincentralrecord.com or via the in-app chat feature below. 

 


 

In-app Chat Feature

 

At the top right of the application, there is a help button. If you press this you will open options to either view our Help Articles or start a Support Chat:

 

 

If you start a support chat, you will then see the following. Please enter your query with as much detail as possible and a member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible:


 

 

Once your query has been answered, you can close the chat by clicking on the green X in the bottom right-hand corner:

 

 

Please Note: If your query requires further investigation or support, we may move the live chat over to a support email ticket instead. 



Occasionally, if nobody is available for the live chat, you can still submit your query, which will get automatically generated into a support ticket. You will be notified of any replies via your registered email address.

If you'd prefer to email us, send your question or problem to help@signincentralrecord.com

This will create a ticket on our system and we will then reply as soon as we can. Tickets will be automatically closed within a few days if we do not hear back from you.

 


 

Training

 

We offer an online training course for you and your team to get set up and onboard. If you haven't yet registered for this, please let us know if you would like a copy of the link. 

 


 

Phone Support

 

Sorry! Calling our team is not offered as part of the subscription. Please contact us via chat or email in the first instance, and we may offer to arrange to call you via Zoom or set up a remote session.
