Complete your Onboarding Training Course
As part of your Subscription, we offer an Onboarding Training Course to help you get set up and get the most out of the system.
You will have received your link to access the Training in your welcome email from us so please do complete the course at your earliest convenience, a copy of the link can be found below if needed 🙂
New User Training
If you are a new user to the system, or are helping to set up the SCR, you can pick from the following training courses to complete. Click the link and then select ‘Sign Up’, fill out your details to create a login for the training course and you will be taken directly to the course:
Full Onboarding Training
This course is our full onboarding training, covering how to edit and manage the template, carry out your initial data import into the system, and also day-to-day management training videos which will cover every other aspect of the system.
Suitable for: System administrators and any users involved in the initial customisation process of the template and data importing.
Importing and Day-to-Day Management
This course will cover how to carry out your initial data import into the system, followed by day-to-day management training covering how to manage/update profiles (individually or in bulk), dashboards and reporting, and working through any missing data on the system.
Suitable for: Any users involved in the initial data import for the system, for single schools and for schools who are part of a trust.
This course includes all day-to-day management training only and is a great course for any new users to the system. It will cover managing/updating profiles (individually or in bulk), dashboards and reporting, and working through any missing data on the system.
Suitable for: All new users of the system who are not involved in template customisation or the initial data import.
